    Kundalini Yoga, Kirtan

    Mahadev OK is a Bhakti artist and Hatha and Kundalini Yoga teacher, born and based in France.

    After studying architecture, coming from a family of religious figures, artists, and mystics, and a youth devoted to a career as a singer-songwriter, Mahadev traveled to Europe, India, the USA, and Australia. He discovered yoga during a retreat at Plum Village alongside Buddhist monk Thich Nhatt Han. Since then, forging his path in ashrams, particularly with the Sivananda organization, he has devoted himself to bhakti and chanting, and studied mantras and tantric practices related to Shree Chakra, Pratyanguira, and esoteric numerology. In India, he learned rituals and pujas, then discovered the devotion of Sikhism through Kundalini Yoga. Today, Mahadev devotes himself to teaching mantras and yoga philosophy, publishes mantra albums, and gives concerts and kirtans in France and abroad.

    Since 2022, he has organized the Spirit Pop Festival, an annual event centered around yoga and music

    Hatha Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing

    Kanta, a Hatha and Yin yoga teacher and yoga therapist, has been practicing yoga for 17 years. Trained in India, she received the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga in the tantric lineage of the Nath Yogis. Music and Bhakti yoga are also part of her practice and the teachings she shares during workshops and retreats in France and India, and at the Spirit Pop Festival, an annual event she organizes with her husband, Mahadev. Since 2023, she has been offering Forgiveness Yoga workshops in France and abroad.

    Aarvika Gupta, a Celebrity Yogini, Actor, and Holistic Wellness Mentor from Mumbai, India, is devoted to spreading holistic well-being through yoga, meditation, and spiritual awareness. Holding a Master’s degree in Technology, she discovered her true calling in Yog Sadhna, inspired by her father and deeply connected to the divine energies of Ma Ganga and Lord Shiva. For Aarvika, yoga is not just a practice but a sacred way of life — a journey from self-awareness to universal consciousness.

    An internationally certified yoga practitioner since 2017, she has led transformative yoga and wellness retreats across India, Dubai, Kenya, Singapore, Malaysia, and Bali, guiding people to reconnect with their inner energy. Aarvika has also presented at TEDx, the International Yoga Festival (Rishikesh), and Yoga Jam, Virginia (USA), inspiring global audiences with her blend of traditional wisdom and modern understanding.

    Through Anannt Oorja Safar, which she co-founded with Ayush Gupta, Aarvika continues to empower individuals to find harmony of body, mind, and soul through self-healing, mindfulness, and energy balance. She is also a co-initiator of “Healing for World Peace,” a global movement uniting positive energies for love, compassion, and planetary harmony.

    Her vision is to make Yoga and Meditation a universal language of healing, bridging spirituality and modern life with grace, depth, and devotion.

    Joseph Shmidlin

    Sound Healing

    Osteopath, sound medicine researcher, and international teacher of sound yoga and vibrational therapies. Joseph will be offering a sound healing and kirtan session during the retreat. Joseph Schmidlin (D.O.mtp, LMT) is a classical osteopath and clinical sound researcher. He has over 30 years of teaching and practice in the field of energy medicine, particularly in cranial osteopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda. He uses sonic vibrational medicine and Nada yoga in his teaching and clinical practice. He is the founder of Onetone Sonic Alchemy, involved in research and awareness of sound consciousness. He regularly leads trainings, retreats, sound immersions, and meditations worldwide. He is involved in several creative art projects, including "Sonic Universe Now (S.U.N.)" and "Primordium."

Recommended departure: Feb 21st or 22nd in Delhi, then transfer to Dehradun (1-hour flight), arriving in Dehradun on the morning of the 23rd.
